Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every brew, but if you are not completely satisfied with your AeroPress purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your AeroPress gear in its original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
